These larger-than-life dreams cost a max of $5,000, and have included a trip to Indy 500 Practice Day, a Hot Air Balloon Ride, Skydiving, and meeting KISS. If it’s on a senior’s bucket list, we can help make it happen!
Some dreams are even sweeter when they’re shared with friends. Group Dreams consist of 20-200 people, and often involve partnerships with outside organizations. These dreams have included a VIP trip on the Belle of Louisville, a Detroit Tigers Game, and Tethered Hot Air Balloon Experiences.
We’re proud to partner with Honor Flight to fulfill the dreams of seniors who have served our country. Live a Dream will pay for guardians to accompany senior veterans on these special trips to Washington, D.C., which include deluxe tour bus service, meals, snacks, souvenirs and more.
John Hoover from the Maples at Waterford Crossing is a motorcyclist at heart. And his 70 years of experience certainly show it! John said for his dream he wanted to go out on the open road once more.
With the help of the local “Moose Lodge” and staff members, we organized a mini biker gang that took John for a ride. He was so moved that he was brought to tears. We were so glad we could get him back on the road!
