Everyday Dreams

These smaller dreams make an enormous impact! Everyday Dreams cost less than $250 and include dreams that seniors may think of every day, like riding a motorcycle again, celebrating a very special anniversary dinner, or even going zip-lining.

Bucket List Dreams

These larger-than-life dreams cost a max of $5,000, and have included a trip to Indy 500 Practice Day, a Hot Air Balloon Ride, Skydiving, and meeting KISS. If it’s on a senior’s bucket list, we can help make it happen!

Group Dreams

Some dreams are even sweeter when they’re shared with friends. Group Dreams consist of 20-200 people, and often involve partnerships with outside organizations. These dreams have included a VIP trip on the Belle of Louisville, a Detroit Tigers Game, and Tethered Hot Air Balloon Experiences.

Honor Flight

We’re proud to partner with Honor Flight to fulfill the dreams of seniors who have served our country. Live a Dream will pay for guardians to accompany senior veterans on these special trips to Washington, D.C., which include deluxe tour bus service, meals, snacks, souvenirs and more.

Chris and KISS Rock and Roll All Night

Chris, 52, is a KISS super fan. Their music is kept on constant rotation in his CD player. On the back of his wheelchair, a sparkling KISS license plate proudly advertises the band’s world domination. And when you enter his room, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a corner that isn’t covered in KISS posters and memorabilia.

When he was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, Chris convinced himself that he would never get to see the band perform live again. When Live a Dream heard this, they checked KISS’ touring schedule and got to work.

On Chris’ 53rd birthday, Shane Stuber, Trilogy Health Services’ AVP of Foundation & Workforce Development, paid Chris a visit and asked him why he should be the winning recipient for a KISS concert ticket in Michigan. As if his merchandise didn’t speak for itself, Chris expressed his love for the band and how grateful he would be to get to see them perform one last time. That’s when Shane revealed that Live a Dream had already decided to provide him with 4 tickets to the show, as well as 2 backstage passes that would allow him to meet the band. All at once, the man who couldn’t stop talking about KISS was at a loss for words.

On the night of the concert, Chris covered himself in face paint that made him look almost indistinguishable from Gene Simmons. When he went backstage to meet the band, he ended up snagging a group photo – and you would’ve thought he was one of them!

The concert was an incredible display of fireworks, flames, and hard rock. Chris cheered as KISS stepped on to the stage in their iconic platforms to celebrate their final tour ever. The crowd was roaring in unison, hitting every note of “Detroit Rock City” and “Shout It Out Loud”. Appropriately titled “The End of the Road World Tour”, the concert was a perfect finale for both KISS and Chris!
